Louisville Bound

This time last year,  I left wonderful New Jersey and embarked on an uncomfortably long road trip to Louisville. This trip was slated to take only ten hours and it ended up taking thirteen and a half hours. I hit a few bumps along the way. Like rain, it rained all day yesterday, not in small doses, but in a constant monsoon state of downpour!!! I saw the sun for a grand total of four minutes and twenty-seven seconds. The landscape on the way was breath-taking and I am really disappointed that I could not get as many pics as I wanted because of the rain.

I have come to realize, in my travels yesterday, that Pennsylvania is the longest state ever!!! I swear it took me more time to cross that state then it would have taken to drive across Texas. Ohio was so beautiful, even in the rain. For lunch I pulled into a rest area and converted my back seat into a picnic area!!! The people in Ohio were so nice, but the entire state and all its residents suck at driving!!! Finally around 9:30pm, I arrived in Kentucky. I crawled into my hotel around 11pm. I ordered food and fell asleep.
